Pennsylvania state police were led on a pursuit in the area of South College Street and West Park Avenue in Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County, spotting a stolen Jeep from South Lebanon Township, on Jan. 24 shortly before 4 p.m., according to a release by police.
The pursuit only lasted approximately 3 minutes before the fleeing vehicle became disabled with a flat tire, as stated in the release.
That's when the teen and the male pictured fled on foot, allowing police the opportunity to take the teenager into custody, but the passenger got away, according to the release.
The unidentified male was seen entering a garage and residence in Myerstown Borough while hiding from the police.
He is believed to be between 16 and 20-years-old and goes by the nickname “Raxks," police say.
He is believed to be a resident or spends the majority of his time in Lebanon City or the surrounding area, according to the police.
A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest, according to the release.
